What I read first
Corrections with a clip or a screenshot jump the queue. I fix numbers fast when I see proof. Story pitches work too, but keep them small. One lane, one gun, one night. I do not preview paid products and I do not share accounts.
When I am slow to answer
Raid weeks and holidays slow me down. If Friday passes with no reply, send a short nudge with the word bump in the subject. Nudges never annoy me. Two lines beat a fresh form every time.
I never ask for passwords or account access. Anyone writing in my name and asking for logins is not me.
